Dancexcite Pty Ltd Reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice as they are regularly reviewed and improved.

PAYMENT

• Payment for all Classes & Courses is to be made upfront prior to attending class (Payments on the night of class must be made prior to joining in the class - not after)
• Discounts are available to Web Bookings and Pre-Payment for some classes.
• Credit Card Payments made at DX Dance Studio incure 3% Service Fee.
• Credit Card Payments made via web do not incur any additional fees.
• There are no free classes.  All students are required to pay the coresponding class price, or discounted price.
  

GROUP CLASSES

• ENROLMENT ESSENTIAL FOR ALL GROUP CLASSES
• TRIAL CLASS: $20 Only available Week 1 or 2 of Beginners Course. One Trial per person per dance style.
• STUDENTS & SENIORS: 15% Discount off one 8 Week Course Only - ID Required (No further discounts)
  
• *2ND COURSE: $40 Conditions Apply. (Same Night & Style) Dependent on class numbers. (No discount applicable)
  
• NO PARTNER REQUIRED: We rotate all group glasses (except Formal Dance Course below)
• LATE ENROLMENT:Enrolling on Week 2 of Group Course is allowed & encouraged. Enrolling any later than the 2nd week needs to be discussed with the Dancexcite Team, Min fee for Course is $125.00 regardless of week.
• Late enrolments after week 2 need to be approved by Dancexcite head instructor, as we can't afford to slow down the existing students.
  
• We ROTATE Partners, we don't make exceptions as these classes are "Social" Dancing Classes - we find this ensures better learning through dancing with different people as opposed to only partnering the same person.
  

DX CASUAL CLASSES

• DX Casual classes are those indicated on the time table as a 'Casual Class' or 'Casual Visit Class'.
• DISCOUNT FOR 2 CASUAL CLASSES IN ONE NIGHT: $30 Per Student
• Casual Class Passes are not valid for use in any Regular DX Courses.
  

SWING PATROL CASUAL CLASSES

• Swing Patrol Classes are run differently to regular DX Classes and are priced according to Swing Patrol's Pricing Structure.
  
• DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR 2 CLASSES IN ONE NIGHT: $21 Per Student
• Swing Patrol class passes are not valid for any other DX Classes,
• DX Casual Passes and Rates are not valid for Swing Patrol Classes.  The 8 Lesson Casual Pass is an exception to that rule, and can be used for both DX Casual Classes & Swing Patrol Classes.
  

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Private Lessons are lessons outside of regular Dancexcite Classes organized for you and/or your group.
• There may be up to 3 Private lessons per floor at any one time.  If this is a concern for you, you may be able to organise a time where the floor is less likely to be busy (usually during week days).
• Packages are available for purchase. No Single Private Lessons are available (dancexcite may make allowances under special circumstances)
• All Private Lessons must be paid for upfront prior to first lesson.
• Dancexcite must be notified of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to booking, or full lesson fee will be charged.
  

GIFT CERTIFICATES

• Gift Certificates are available for purchase from DX website or Reception.
• Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. (Allowances may be made for longer validity by request at the dicretion of Dancexcite Pty Ltd)
• Original Gift Certificate must be presented at First Lesson or Class.
• BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES.

Credits

• Credit for any courses or classes paid for via Paypal will have Paypal fee's deducted from the Credit.
• For payments made at the studio via Credit Card, Eftpos or cash, Credits are issued via Direct Deposit into your nominated Bank account - we will require Bank details.
• Group Course - should you be unable to complete the course & need to cancel the balance of the classes prepaid for we are happy to refund the balance of the classes. However each class taken will be charged at our "Trial" rate of $20 & balance will be credited.
  
• (For Private Lessons) Should you or your partner not enjoy the First lesson we’ll happily refund the balance of the classes (Lesson taken will however be deducted at the $100 rate)
• (For Private Lessons) A cancellation of “full lesson fee” will be incurred if notice time for change of time or night is less than 24hrs prior to Appointment. (As you can appreciate we book to ourselves to be available only to you for a set time – any last minute changes cancel any chance of booking any other couples for that time slot)
  
• (Group Courses) No Credit or “Make up” classes offered for missed classes.
• Casual Class Passes - No credits will be issued for unused Casual Class pass that haven't been used in the allocated time for expiry. Should you wish to extend the Casual Class pass expiry date any unused credits will be brought to the normal casual rate of $18 plus have an admin fee of $2 incurred for the change.
